Is this a sales call?
No. It's your free hour. We ask questions, look at what you have, and tell you what we find. You'll leave with a clear picture of your situation regardless of whether you hire us.
How long does it take?
Usually an hour on the phone or video call. If you want to go deeper on something specific, we can.
What should I prepare?
Nothing specific. Come with your biggest IT frustration and we'll go from there. If you have a list of current tools or a recent outage story, bring it, but it's not required.
Do you charge for this?
No. Your free hour is free. If there's a clear path forward and you want to work with us, we'll talk about that separately.
What if we already have an IT provider?
That's fine. We're often a second opinion or a sanity check. If your current provider is doing a good job, we'll tell you that.
